The Financial Performance Improvement (FPI) Group last week announced the release of the 2021 Performance Benchmarking Survey (PBS). The PBS reports on an array of financial and operational metrics, providing participating companies with national, regional and, where available, state data to measure their performance.
Distribution of the survey is limited to participating companies; participants received the survey beginning last week. This marks one of the earliest release dates of the survey, a priority of the FPI Group, which seeks to empower NRMCA members to review their operations and benchmark their progress throughout the year.
