Two Certified Concrete Sales Professional (CCSP) series will now be taught online. Their schedules follow:
• Module 3: RMC Business Knowledge, February 14 - 18 - Content is an overview of critical business concepts used in the RMC business, focusing on job cost analysis and producers’ legal liabilities incurred in sales contracts. • Module 4: Professional Sales Skills and Promotion, April 4 - 8 - Mid-level staff learn to apply consultative, value-added selling methods in ready mixed concrete situations. Click here to learn more and register.
As with face-to-face classes, it is expected attendees commit their time and effort to the class. They, as well as their management, should treat theses online courses as “real” courses. Participants will need to practice time management, create a study space, stay organized and eliminate distractions. In the end, the exams hold attendees accountable.
For those working toward their NRMCA STEPS® CCPf certification in Sales and Marketing Track, these are required classes. For others working toward CCPf certification in other STEPS® tracks, they can be applied as electives.
