As the cement and concrete industries are taking steps to move toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, this position statement provides an opportunity for the various stakeholders to come together. In addition to lowering the carbon footprint, concrete testing in accordance with standards will also help improve concrete performance, and reduce project costs and delays. The position statement has been endorsed by the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC).
