Member companies of NRMCA may grant prior authorization to only one national trade association PAC per calendar year. However, granting prior authorization for CONCRETEPAC does not preclude employees of the member companies from contributing to local or state PACs, national member and ideological PACs or the company's own federal PAC. Granting prior authorization to CONCRETEPAC does not require you or your employees to contribute to CONCRETEPAC, it only allows NRMCA to inform you of upcoming events, such as the event being held at Popstroke Orlando this October.

You can submit your Prior Authorization online or by contacting Heather Houck.

NRMCA's Pave Ahead program hosted a booth at the NAIOP I.CON West 2025 conference held March 26 - 27 in Los Angeles. NAIOP is the leading professional organization representing developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate in the United States; I.CON is the nation’s largest gathering of industrial real estate professionals. The conference consisted of technical education sessions, industrial property site tours and numerous networking opportunities which attracted a crowd of well over 1,100 attendees from the commercial real estate sector from throughout the country, reports NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving Greg Halsted.

Halsted staffed the booth and met with prospective clients from all corners of the country. I.CON will hold similar conferences in the Eastern and Central regions of the U.S. during 2025, with Pave Ahead staff scheduled to be on hand for those events as well. Halsted introduced booth visitors to the Pave Ahead initiative and is now following up on leads generated from the conference.
