A new program through Acima Credit that allows customers to apply online or at the point of sale has helped the retailer see an overall sales increase of 25 percent, along with a 60 percent increase in financing.

As a second-generation car dealer, Representative Mike Kelly says most of his colleagues in Congress have never run a business and are quick to make policy decisions without considering the effect on retailers or other businesses.
