On Thursday, August 4, Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the "Power NY Act of 2011" into law, which includes the "Green Jobs/Green NY" component allowing homeowners and businesses to invest in energy efficient projects through low-interest loans via the NYS Energy Research and Development Authority.
