In its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for January 2012, RealtyTrac Inc. reported New York State had 1,672 total foreclosures, a decrease of 7.68 percent from December and a decrease of 42.05 percent from January 2011. As part of the NYSAR Mid-Winter Business Meetings held this past week Albany, NY, the RPAC Trustees approved a motion for NYSAR to endorse Sen.
