Just a reminder, the letters to water customers who have lead, galvanized requiring replacement, or unknown service lines needs to be delivered by November 15, 2024. Also, once the letters are completed, each water system is required to complete and submit a certification form to your local health department identifying that the letters were completed and how they were delivered.
