We have been notified by the NYSDEC that July 2019 is the last month that paper DMR’s will be available. After July 31, 2019, DMR’s will not be mailed to you or be available for download. If your system is not using CDX/NetDMR, and need assistance with the registration process, please contact either Steve Grimm at Grimm@nyruralwater.org or Kevin Maine at Maine@nyruralwater.org and they will be happy to help.

New Resource provides Single Platform for Information about Quality of Drinking Water and Health of Lakes, Rivers, and Stream The New York State Departments of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Health (DOH) today launched a new website, Know Your NY Water, created as part of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's statewide Water Quality Rapid Response Team efforts, established in 2016. The website, created by DEC and DOH in partnership with the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), will provide New Yorkers with information about the state's public drinking water and the health of New York's abundant lakes, rivers, and streams, as well as waters used for recreation and habitat protection. WASHINGTON (August 1, 2019) — Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is continuing its commitment to transparency by making additional information about new chemical notices available to the public on the agency’s website. Visitors to the updated chemical review status tracker can view and search monthly updates for any active Premanufacture Notice (PMN), Significant New Use Notice (SNUN) and Microbial Commercial Activity Notice (MCAN) of interest by case number. It is important to note that this tool will continue to keep confidential business information confidential.
