Wellness Self-Assessment Tool: Well-Being Index

The Well-Being Index is a quick self-assessment tool designed for health professionals like you to gauge your overall physical and mental health. It only takes about a minute to complete and can be done monthly or quarterly. By regularly assessing your well-being, you can identify areas where you're thriving and areas that may need more attention.  

  • How to Get Started: Go to ADA.org.
  • Create your Free Account: Log into the ADA website and set up your free account with the Well-Being Index. It's quick and easy, taking just a few minutes.
  • Take the Self-Assessment: Once you're logged in, take a minute to complete the self-assessment. This simple step can make a big difference in understanding and prioritizing your well-being.
