As members who have been following the updates in the Newsletter know, Bill 142 (the new Construction Lien Act) is quickly moving forward to its final stages. For several years, the OGCA has played an integral part in the development of this legislation and we will be continuing to do so once it’s passed.
Please note: We are now involved in responding to the efforts to introduce Prompt Payment at the Federal Level.
