Jane McKenna, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Labour, is in the process of conducting a review of Employment Standards, and the Occupational Health and Safety inspections function of the Ministry of Labour.
The goal is to understand what the inspection experience is like, as well as uncover issues that have arisen. MPP McKenna is open to hearing any suggestions from OGCA members.
