Cambria Design Build Ltd. actively delivered Safety Toolbox Talks lead by Spencer Lavis, President, and coordinated by Samuel Rodriguez, Health and Safety Manager.
There were 16 Safety Meetings, 8 of which were completed during the first week of May. A total of 47 workers participated, and received a strong message from the President and the Health and Safety Manager urging them to be attentive listeners to the workers’ safety concerns, and “big time observers” of their work performance, practices and procedures to keep them in the “safety zone" at all times.
Their Safety Month concluded with a bowling event, open to all members of the company. Safety Month was a success for Cambria Design Build Ltd. and for all of its employees and workers!
