OGCA Technology Committee

The OGCA is excited to announce the launch of its Technology Committee.

Technological advancements have always driven construction forward, so it’s odd that so many companies are slow to adopt new tech.

We’re able to build stronger, taller, and more energy efficient structures. Technology has made construction sites safer and workers more efficient. It has allowed us to increase productivity, improve collaboration, and tackle more complex projects.

Our committee will focus on ways to improve: productivity, software, offsite construction, AI and machine learning, safety and training, among other areas of emerging technology.

The OGCA Technology Committee will learn, share ideas, and promote technology to all members of the Ontario General Contractors Association. For more information, please email steven@ogca.ca to get involved.
