Because legal marijuana is now mainstream, training all supervisory staff to recognise signs of impairment is more important now than ever.

Supervisors should visit the Ontario Cannabis Store and learn to recognise all the products available in case they encounter them on or around the jobsite.

Some products don’t look anything like what you think of when you think of marijuana.

For example, employees could buy a white spray bottle about ½ the size of a deck of cards designed to be used by spraying THC under the tongue.
