Bystander Intervention in the Workplace

In collaboration with the Canadian Construction Association and Hollaback Training, we are hosting a 90 minute virtual training session of Bystander Intervention in the Workplace, for free. This session has been customized with input from various members of the industry and includes: the spectrum of disrespect, intersectionality and implicit bias, what to do if you are disrespectful, and bystander tactics.
Our collective goal is to create an industry culture that knows what to do if they see discrimination / harrassment on our jobs and workplaces.
