On behalf of Sabrina Tropiano, OGCA, and myself, we want to extend our sincere thanks to every single person and company that participated in Women in Construction (WIC) week. Together, we can continue to make construction a diverse and inclusive career choice for everyone.
Our goal for this project was to highlight the strong and inspiring women who are already in our industry and tell their construction stories. We may have initiated this project, but it’s the women who are on-site and in the office every day that fuel this campaign and its messages. We are truly humbled by the impact of this campaign through the responses, interest, introductions, and conversations that have it opened up.
We are committed continuing these conversations throughout the year.
