The Residnetial Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) is putting on courses specifically tailored to the construction industry, and are suitable for organizations at any stage of their DEI.
The courses offered are Introduction to Understanding Systemic Racism and Working in a Respectful and Inclusive Workplace.
Participants receive a certificate upon completion of each module.
