OGCA Update - Public Relations and Innovation Manager

The start of a new year allows people to reset and start a new chapter in their own personal and professional endeavours. This may take many forms, and at times, it means that we say goodbye to those that have assisted in moving the association forward.
This notice is to inform our members that our Public Relations and Innovation Manager, Erich Schmidt, has accepted a position at the Canadian Beverage Association as their Government Relations Lead. As such, Erich has left the OGCA, effective January 4, 2023.
The entire OGCA staff and Board of Directors thank Erich for his involvement with the association since 2020, and wishes him much success in his new endeavours.
While the association is actively seeking a new Government Relations representative, please rest assured that all advocacy files will be administered by OGCA President, Giovanni Cautillo. Giovanni has over 15 years of direct government relations involvement and will serve as a stopgap until such time, as a new Government Relations representative is attained.
