The Supply Chain Management Association Ontario (SCMAO) will be hosting the first ever Canadian Construction Procurement Conference, occurring on November 16, 2023. Giovanni Cautillo, OGCA President, will be moderating the panel on Skilled and Unskilled Labour Shortage and Increasing Labour Costs, addressing crucial topics like government collaboration, trade workforce attraction, resource risk areas, union partnerships, risk management, and community engagement.
