- CCDC 2MA – 2023 ‘Master Agreement between Owner and Contractor’ (including an updated CCDC 2MA Work Authorization)
- CCDC 4 – 2023 ‘Unit Price Contract’
- CCDC 18 – 2023 ‘Civil Works Contract
Along with the three new publications come four new copyright seals; one each for CCDC 4, 18, 2MA, and 2MA Work Authorization.
Orders for the new documents can be placed starting November 20, although users will not be able to access them through our website until November 29.
The CCA will continue selling the previous versions of these documents for a one-year transition period to give the industry time to adopt the new versions. The new order forms and document list descriptions can be found here.
