On December 7th in Toronto, Building Transformations Announced the Winners for the 9th Annual Innovation Spotlight Awards. Constructors and employers have some extensive responsibilites on any project. Generally, they have the duty to follow the Act and the regulations, but notably they must take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a worker, provide information, instruction and supervision to a worker and they must appoint a competent supervisor to supervise the project and/or work.
