This year saw the adoption a new Strategic Plan to refresh and reinvigorate the organization. We are moving toward a more member-friendly service provider and away from such traditional programs as educational courses. That does not mean we are abandoning Education. Far from it - we are instead realigning our strengths and resources to provide better information on training that is offered across the Province. We will continue to be advocates for the Gold Seal program and provide web events as well as more regional events where I, David Frame and our Chair will be holding local Town Hall meetings.
