Safety plays an important role in everything we do; whether it is encouraged by employers, by parents, or by teachers, safety is a constant conversation that saves lives.
Louise Anchor Secondary School in Brampton invited the League of Champions to set up a booth at their career fair held on November 2, 2017.
The intent was to bring education and awareness surrounding the construction industry, encouraging students, parents and teachers that safety on the job and proper on the job training is paramount for students entering the workforce. The League of Champions was there to promote careers in construction and show that safety is at the forefront. There are so many great opportunities choosing a career in construction.
The League of Champions took its jersey of courage, which generated a lot of excitement among students and parents. The Patron's Jersey of Companies was also on display promoting those companies who believe in safety and who want students to come and work for them.
