Dr. Lyndsey Ferris Named Air Force Junior Optometrist of the Year
On Oct. 12, the Armed Forces Optometric Society announced Maj. Lyndsey Ferris as the 2020 Air Force Junior Optometrist of the Year. Dr. Ferris earned her OD at Ferris State University College of Optometry and is currently a PhD student in vision sciences at the Indiana University School of Optometry. At a later date, the AFOS will name one of the service-specific recipients the overall Optometrist of the Year.
