Don’t Forget to Register for the 2021 Online Clinical Educators Forum

The overall objective for this Online Clinical Educators Forum (OCEF), titled Increasing and Strengthening Communication with Families in Eye Care, is to have our optometric colleagues share their personal experiences, insights and professional strategies for strengthening communication with families in all parts of eye care. Participants will come away with the skills/tools needed to more effectively ‘think about the story behind the story’ of every patient in order to optimize patient outcomes.
The featured areas of emphasis Maximizing Communication of Families of Individuals with Disabilities and Optimizing Eye Care in the Presence of Language Barriers and Family Dynamics. The event will be moderated by OCEF program planning co-chairs Dr. Valerie Kattouf (ICO) and Dr. Amy Roan Moy (NECO). Register for the event here.
