Save The Date: Online Clinical Educators Forum Spring 2022
Mark your calendars! A tentative date of Friday, June 3 from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm EST, has been selected by the Online Clinical Educators Forum (OCEF) Planning Group of the ASCO Clinical Affairs Committee (CAFC).
The spring OCEF is tentatively titled Communication with Students in the Clinical Setting: Effectively Precepting the Struggling Student.
It will continue the Communication theme explored during the fall OCEF (which focused on increasing and strengthening communication with families in eye care).
The OCEF is once again co-chaired by Dr. Valerie Kattouf of ICO and Dr. Amy Roan Moy of NECO. The CAFC is chaired by Dr. Alicia Feis, Dean of the Arizona College of Optometry Midwestern University.
Designated OCEF liaisons at ASCO institutions will receive information in the coming months to share with their clinical faculty, so stay tuned for additional program details.
