Alcon’s MARLO Achieves Milestone of 1 Million Patients Enrolled
Since its U.S. launch in 2020, Alcon’s MARLO digital platform has helped transform the optometric industry by allowing ECPs to seamlessly connect with and supply Alcon contact lenses to their patients.
MARLO enables practices to adopt a digital presence to benefit their patients and meet them in the “digital world.” MARLO helps ECPs extend the reach of their practices by ensuring a trusted and personalized contact lens ordering experience available 24/7 as well as the convenience of exam date reminders, helpful contact lens tips and reorder notifications.
Over 90% of patients who ordered through the platform reported that they would reorder their contact lenses from their ECP through MARLO. Alcon is excited to watch MARLO continue to foster mutually beneficial relationships between ECPs and their patients!
