Alcon Expands Support for Optometric Institutions
Alcon is excited to announce the expansion of its Academic Development team to include two new members solely dedicated to elevating the educational and partnership experience of the ASCO member schools and colleges in the U.S. and Canada.
Anita Malone, Associate Director, Academic Development, and Rich Lankenau, Manager, Academic Development, officially joined the team in July and are both long time Alcon veterans with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the contact lens and dry eye space.
Anita is based out of the Atlanta, GA, area and will lead the program execution for the schools and colleges in the East while Rich will lead the efforts for the schools and colleges in the West from his home base in Denver, CO.
Chad Zscherny will remain as the Director of Academic Development but will shift his focus to strategy execution, new programming development, and partnership enhancements.
Through this expansion, Alcon is pleased to demonstrate its continued commitment to optometric education as the needs of the students, faculty, and staff evolve in this rapidly changing industry.
