SCO Faculty Member Volunteers with Zoo
Dr. Theresa Cassidy, Assistant Professor at Southern College of Optometry, spends her weekends volunteering at the Memphis Zoo.
Dr. Cassidy's service began over a decade ago during her time as a student at the University of Memphis and continued throughout her four years as an SCO student. Feeding giraffes each Sunday morning reflects her dedication to service, one of SCO's core values.
