EssilorLuxottica Eye Care Continues Tuition Sponsorship Program for Optometry Students in Partnership with ASCO and Stride Funding

EssilorLuxottica Eye Care is thrilled to announce its second year of The EssilorLuxottica Eye Care Financial Freedom Program powered by Stride Funding. The program creates early career pathways and meaningfully reduces the student loan burden for optometry students across the country. 

This is a testament to EssilorLuxottica Eye Care’s commitment to supporting the next generation of optometrists and partnering with ASCO to support the schools and colleges of optometry.   

Jennifer Truong, a class of 2025 recipient, shared her experience, stating, “When I first heard of the program, I thought it was too good to be true – covered tuition for the last two years of my education while having a guaranteed job right after! With the funding from the program, I can now solely focus on my education to become the best doctor for my patients without much concern for my finances.” This sentiment reinforces the broader goal of the program – to empower students to fully immerse themselves in their education without financial stress.

This year the application portal opens January 2024. Here is the link to review and apply. The application process is simple and quick for students who want to get a jump start on finding their financial freedom. In 2024, 50 additional students will be accepted into the program.
