Dr. Jennifer Fogt, OD, MS, has joined the clinical faculty at the Ohio State University College of Optometry. Already a well-respected faculty member, Dr. Fogt joined Ohio State’s associated faculty in 2014, and her appointment to associate professor of clinical optometry was effective Nov. 1.
Dr. Fogt completed her bachelor of arts degree in chemistry with a minor at Wittenberg University. Both her OD and MS (in pharmacology/clinical pharmacology and clinical trial design) degrees are from the Ohio State University College of Optometry. She practiced pediatric optometry at Nationwide Children’s Hospital Eye Clinic and Pediatric Ophthalmology Associates in Columbus for 14 years. Her work focuses on pediatric contact lens care and industry-sponsored research with emphasis on the anterior segment. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and of the Scleral Lens Education Society.
