AMC Board of Directors welcomes 2 new board members

At the Annual General Meeting on November 30, the membership approved 2 new members to join the 2018 AMC board of Directors: Randy Bauman, President of Eldale Machine & Tool and Bauman Manufacturing out of Elmira, Ontario and Glenn Burma President of Penta TMR Inc. located in Petrolia, Ontario. Richelle Andreas is the new board chair.

With the various bylaw changes and updates approved, the current bylaws are now available on the member portal or please reach out to the AMC team to receive a copy of the approved bylaws.
