Salford Group Inc., manufacturers of tillage, seeding and fertilizer application equipment, has acquired BBI Spreaders, a leading manufacturer of precision dry material applicators for the agriculture, construction and golf industries. The transaction between the two privately owned companies closed on Oct. 2, 2014.
