Most of us never expected to live through a global pandemic during our lifetime. But we did and now we must to look toward the future, to our new normal. How does each generation overcome the challenges brought by the COVID crisis? How have young professionals (YPs) just starting their careers fared? What can the industry do to create a positive company culture to attract and retain this critical generation? TAPPICon 2021 addresses this key issue during its May virtual event.
TAPPICon VIRTUAL, May 4-6, 2021, features a Young Professionals panel discussion focused on Thriving in the New Normal: How to Develop Your Workforce and Enhance Company Culture Post-COVID. Panelists discuss how to facilitate workforce development and strengthen company culture while the industry continues to face unique and unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendees will hear an intro from each panelist and then participate in two break-out rooms where they can engage in topic-specific discussions, each hosted by two panelists.
Moderator Garrett Fisher, Technical Service Engineer, Tate & Lyle, will anchor the four participating panelists, including:
•Larry Anker, Director of Commercial Operations, Solenis
•Lauren Baksh, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Graphic Packaging International
•Marcina Rogers, Quality Technical Leader, International Paper
