Domtar Increases Pulp Prices

Domtar, Montreal Qué., Canada, reportedly will increase the price for all grades of its market pulp worldwide by $30 per metric ton, effective February 1, until further notice. With eight pulp mills in Canada, Domtar produces a variety of northern hardwood market pulps and bleached kraft hardwood and softwood pulps.
