Walki Group Makes Three New Executive Appointments

Walki Group, Finland, has made several changes in its Group Executive Team (GET). Timo Finnström, currently VP Finance and CFO, was appointed VP Sourcing and Business Development. Since August 2009, Mikael Nováky has been in charge of both Group Sourcing and the Business Area Paper Packaging on an interim basis. Going forward, he will continue to lead the Paper Packaging business as VP and GM. Anu Suikkanen was appointed VP Finance and CFO and a member of the GET. Suikkanen joins Walki Group from Finndomo Oy, where she has worked as CFO. Finnström, Nováky, and Suikkanen report to the Group's CEO Leif Frilund. Walki Group produces wrappings for the paper and metal industries, food and consumer packaging materials, decorative and functional laminates, barrier liners for solid and corrugated packaging, composite materials for the insulation and construction industries, and technical papers.
