BASF Increases Paper and Board Dispersion Prices

BASF, Ludwigshafen, Germany , reports that it is immediately (or as contract terms allow) raising prices up to 20% for all of its paper and board dispersions sold in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dispersions are used for surface refinement of papers and paperboards. The company attributes the increase to "a dramatic increase in raw material costs for dispersions."
