Posze Named VP, Human Resources at Rayonier

Rayonier, Jacksonville, Fla., USA, announced that Jay Posze has joined the company as VP, Human Resources. A member of the company's senior management team, Posze is responsible for all aspects of corporate human resources, such as the development and implementation of the company-wide talent strategy.
Posze has more than 22 years of human resources and management experience. Most recently, he was Global Director, Human Resources – Asia Pacific at Albemarle Corp., a manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals in Baton Rouge, La. Posze holds a bachelor's degree in management from Western Kentucky University.
Rayonier is an international forest products company with three core businesses: timber, real estate, and performance fibers—one of the world's top producers of specialty cellulose fibers. The company owns, leases, or manages 2.5 million acres of timber and land in the U.S. and New Zealand.
