Boise's Cotterell to Replace McNutt as SVP, CFO

Boise Inc., Boise, Idaho, USA, this week named Samuel K. Cotterell SVP and CFO, effective January 1. Cotterell replaces Robert M. McNutt who is resigning December 31 to pursue another employment opportunity (see Greif item below).
Cotterell has been Boise's VP and controller since February 2008. From October 2004 to February 2008, he was VP and controller of Boise Cascade LLC. Before that, he served as director of financial reporting for Boise Cascade Corp. (now OfficeMax).
"We thank Rob for the many strong contributions he made to the company," said Alexander Toeldte, CEO for Boise Inc., "notably in helping the company pay down debt and preparing its finances for growing our businesses. We wish Rob the best in his new role.
