Fraser Completes Sale of New Hampshire Paper Mill

Fraser Papers, Toronto, Ont., USA, together with its subsidiaries, announced that it completed the sale of its paper mill in Gorham, N.H., USA, on December 16 to a subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital, LLC. Fraser Papers remains under creditor protection pursuant to the provisions of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) of Canada, with its stay of proceedings having been extended by the court to Feb. 28, 2011.
