Coldwater Jocell Acquires Breba Techniska of Sweden

Coldwater Jocell, AB, Kil, Sweden, this week announced the acquisition of Breba Tekniska, Aktiebolag, also of Kil, effective this past Monday. Terms of the acquisition are confidential.
Breba is a supplier of UHMW drainage elements, doctor blades, nozzles, vacuum control valves, and edge control devices for the paper industry, with distribution primarily in Sweden and Scandinavia.
Coldwater Group President David Withers noted that "we are pleased to welcome Breba and owner Odd Bakke to our company. We are hiring all existing employees and will merge the operations into our Kil facility near Karlstad under the name Coldwater Jocell."
