The deadline is close at hand to register for the Intro to Kraft Pulping and Bleaching Course!
This course, to be held August 8-9, 2011 in the TAPPI Training Room (Norcross, GA), is ideal for anyone new to the kraft pulping process, particularly process engineers and operators. In addition to a wide range of knowledge about specific unit operations, process variables and key technologies, the course provides a big picture view of these operations as well. Attendees learn to recognize how one part of the process affects other operations, in order to increase awareness of thinking on a mill wide scale. In addition, the course provides insight that extends awareness of the complex environmental challenges associated with kraft pulp production.
