UPM Completes Acqusistion of M-real's Stake in Myllykoski

UPM, Helsinki, Finland, has completed the acquisition of M-real Corp.'s (Finland) 35% holding in Myllykoski Paper Oy (Finland) and the capital loan M-real has granted to Myllykoski Paper Oy for a total of EUR 10.5 million. All relevant regulatory authorities have approved the transaction.
