Shandong Dongshun Group Orders Two New Tissue Machines for Mill in China

Shandong Dongshun Group, Shanghai, China, has ordered two 15,000 metric tpy tissue machines from Kawanoe Zoki, Japan. According to a report by PPI Pulp & Paper Week (RISI), the units will be installed at the firm's mill in Taian City, Shangdong province. Startup is planned for 2013.
Each new tissue machine will have a trim width of 3.4 meters, and a design speed of 1,100 m/min. Shandong Dongshun is said to also be constructing two new mills in the provinces of Hunan and Heilongjiang. Each mill will house a 12,000 metric tpy Kawanoe Zoki tissue machine.
The company currently has a combined tissue capacity of approximately 80,000 metric tpy at its sole site in Taian.
