Cathay Forest Products Elects New BOD Members

Cathay Forest Products Corp., Toronto, Ont., Canada, reports that at its special meeting of shareholders held this week the company's shareholders elected a new board of directors consisting of the following four individuals: J. Bruce Barraclough, Peter K. Brown, C. Ian Ross, and Michael D. Woollcombe.
The company noted that its new board "will update shareholders regarding the status of the company's affairs in due course."
