N.A. Packaging Board Prices Flat in October

North American linerboard prices in October, Mark Wilde of Deutsche Bank reports, averaged $690 per ton, which was flat compared with September. North American linerboard prices in October ranged between $310 and $700 per ton.
SBS (solid bleached sulfate) board in North America ranged from $570 to $1,200 per ton in October, Wilde reports. The SBS median price in October was $1,115 per ton, which also was flat compared with September.
North American coated recycled board (CRB) prices in October ranged from $735 to $920 per ton, averaging $880 per ton, also flat compared with September, Wilde continues.
