Nippon Creates Containerboard, Duplex Board Sales Divisions

Nippon Paper Industries Co., Japan, reports that beginning October 1, it will begin operating a Containerboard Sales Division and a Duplex Board and Industrial Paper Sales Division. Creation of these two new divisions is part of the company's restructuring of its existing Paperboard Division
Nippon Paper Industries, a holding company, is Japan's largest paper and paperboard producer, with some 180 subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies producing paper and paperboard for packaging, specialty paper, household tissue products, beverage cartons, films, chemicals, and lumber and building materials. Nippon Paper Group has about 20 mills in Japan and extensive overseas operations.
