TAPPI Yankee Steam Systems Workshop Set for November 5

If you would like to develop an in-depth understanding of yankee dryer steam systems, this half-day workshop is for you. At the conclusion, you will be able to identify potential causes behind drying issues that are related to malfunctioning steam and condensate components. Attendees will also learn how to determine the correct size for the thermocompressor and other valves.The workshop will be held on November 5 in Neenah, Wis., USA, just prior to the TAPPI Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee Meeting. Completion of the course will earn 0.4 CEU credits from TAPPI. Instructors are Blaine Waybright, Kimberly-Clark, and Ken Hill, Kadant.
