Hörmanseder Reappointed Chairman of Mayr-Melnhof Karton Management Board

In this week’s meeting of the Supervisory Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Vienna, Austria, Dr. Wilhelm Hörmanseder was unanimously reappointed chairman of the management board for a further period of five years. The new term will start on Jan. 1, 2015, and end on Dec. 31, 2019.
Dr. Hörmanseder joined the Mayr-Melnhof Group in 1990 and has been chairman of the management board and CEO since May 2002. He has significantly shaped the company’s successful development during the past two and a half decades. His reappointment underlines the continuity and sustainability in the management of the Mayr-Melnhof Group.
The current term of the other members of the management board runs until May 2015.
